A 12 Vdc or 24 Vdc engine with self-programming duty cycle and slowdown (Funcioning both with and without Encoder)

Features: self-programmng duty cycle, automatic closing, condominium mode, ‘close now feature’, open gate indicator light or courtesy light, intermittent flashing light.
Input: start, stop, photocell in closing, coast in opening (also 8K2), limit switch, built-in battery charger, diagnostic LED.
Equipped with built-in superheterodyne receiver (-103dB).
